Privacy notice

Twin Core (Pty) Ltd (“Twin Core”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter:

• your name, phone number and/or email address and preferred contact method
• the service, property type, suburb or town, and the description of the job
• any BTU calculator result you choose to send with the request

The BTU calculator itself runs in your browser; nothing you enter in it is sent to us unless you request a quote.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange site visits and carry out work you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your request is delivered by email to Twin Core through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and our website and email hosting providers. They process it on our behalf only to deliver it. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, and to meet legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforeg.org.za).
